How do I sign up?
Please click "call for more information" or contact our administrative team by phone or email, and we will provide you with an intake form and subsequent quote.
What will I pay, and how do I pay?
After reviewing your intake form, we create a customized quote based on specialty, geographic location, collaborators' fees, etc. You receive your quote via email from our Administrative team. Once accepted, you'll sign an agreement and pay monthly via auto draft.
What if I don't like my collaborating physician?
We strive to match you with a collaborating physician that is accessible and easy to work with. If you are not happy with your collaborating physician after six months, we will rematch you at no charge to you.
I'm an employer who needs collaborating physicians for several NPs. Can you help me?
Absolutely. We work with individuals and clinics large and small throughout the state and provide group rates when applicable. Please contact our administrative team by phone or email for more information.
How does my collaborator see my charts?
We offer the ability to connect your collaborator to your EHR system or provide a HIPAA certified online platform for the reviewal of charts.
